A Question about "Earn Exclusive Rewards Today!"

I have a question about this event, I created a ticket in arc support for this but the answer somewhat did not satisfy me since they asked me to attach the screenshot of the event which I thought they had information about the events in Neverwinter.
It says:
"Details: Transferring at least 15,000 Zen during the promotion, will reward players with the all the rewards listed above along with the rare Heavy Mystic Nightmare Mount. These exceptionally rare creatures come from the Shadowfell. Surrounded by majestic purple flames, controlling one takes a very special rider. The mount will be Bind on Equip. Claim your Mystic Nightmare mount today and collect each and every one of these exclusive items!"
I want to buy 15000 zen to have all the bonus items but from Turkey it is only possible to buy 10000 + 1000 bonus zen at once. Will I be qualified to have the last bonus item Heavy Mystic Nightmare if I buy 10000 zen and then buy another 5000 zen?
I ask this question because in the past after buying zen one had to charge it to the NW account and this solved a problem like that since one could buy zen amounts seperately but charge them all at once. But now the charging page has changed since I last bought zen so I can't be sure if it is charged to NW account automatically or not. If it is automatically charged I can only buy 11000 zen at once and this doesn't qualify for the last tier reward.
Thanks for the answers.

When you buy Zen, it is transferred into a "wallet" of sorts, then you must transfer the Zen from there into whichever game you choose. Thus, you can make several purchases, combine their sum in your "wallet", then transfer it all to Neverwinter at once. AFAIK, it is the act of transferring said Zen into Neverwinter that counts, not the initial purchase.

Could anyone, please, let me know what "You Receive a Bonus of XX% more value!" means exactly?

Well they simply indicate that roughly what the free item you get is worth. Nothing else. So the 40% extra on the skeletal dog is based on that you get 1000 Zen and then the dog is worth about 400 zen(or 200.000 AD) ergo 40%.

Does this promotion work with, or should I say on top of the first time buyers promo?

Yes. If this is the first time you top up you will also get the first time buyer pack.

Do it.. The dog is adorable.

Just note that that value isn't entirely accurate and will go down briefly on top of that.

The only value that was even close last night was the Mystic Nightmare. Everything else was already lower and when the market gets flooded it will be worse. I was contemplating doing it until I saw that the values on some of the things had already dropped just at the mention of this deal. Plus the fact that they decided not to give all the items out at once so you can't see how many hit the market over the weekend. *shrugs* Just seems like car salesman type dealings.

Well you are not losing anything per se... You still get what you pay for and if you get the free item to sell you will be smart enough to hold on to it until this craze have passed.

Beyond that just look at it like a regular Zen top-up with a swag bag attached.

just checked it out. doesn't work for me that way. i'm forced to choose a game and a server prior the purchase.

If you buy directly from Perfect World web site you get the wallet option and have to "transfer" Zen to your chosen game. If you buy directly in ARC or arc games.com then you choose the game to buy for and it is automatically put into that game. So the OP is referencing the PW wallet version.

@OP: If you can buy and transfer enough ZEN you'll get the promotional stuff - even if you buy the ZEN in 1000 increments (buying 1000 Zen ten separate times) - as long as you transfer the goal amount before the end of the promo you will qualify.

This is critical information from the announcement:

During the promotion players will receive bonus reward items when they transfer a particular amount into Neverwinter. Each “tier” will reward you with all of that tier’s items and all subsequent tiers as well. Rewards will be given out on 10/14. This promotion does not include Steam Wallet transitions.

click on Get zen now.(it changes screens)
click on charge/purchase zen.(top right corner.)

Hello i wanted to ask, because of words used in the news post, i thought it works as well on zen that is exchanged from AD cause they used words like zen transfered. But now that i read that zen transfered into neverwinter and reading these posts it looks like i was wrong. Just for clarification it only works on zen bought from the arc client? tnx

If you are buying Zen with AD, you did not transfer anything into the game. The entire transaction occurred within Neverwinter.

Transfer rewards do work with Zen earned from surveys, since that originates outside the game.

That's the solution, thanks. Buying on Arc seemed risky to me remembering how I had to pay Euros when buying the Dragonborn Pack before it was released. I had created a ticket about it and they said there is no way that I buy the pack with US Dollars then when he pack was released it was 75 US dollars in Steam but I had bought it with Euros worth 100 US dollars in the promotional period. That was sad, I am still sad about it:(

The zen, once transferred into the game, is account wide; Only once you spend it, will those items you buy potentially be character or account bound...

The extra items are just for one though.

But those items are (supposedly) BoE, so you can transfer them around to all your characters for credit, and then bank them until you decide which character should get each item.
