17% crit ... with "minus"

Well .. this is something I don't get.

toon is a HR pure archer.

Anyone got an explanation ?

    If my memory for Cryptic Math serves me, your total Crit. Chance actually goes DOWN as you level up.
    This is to allow you to run a fairly Crit. Heavy build at low levels without reaching absurd scores at high levels (I think).
    Think of it as getting bonus Crit at lower levels and then loosing it at higher levels.

    I've been curious if this relates in some fashion to the Stillness of the Forest feat, as it's only ever reported by archery spec HRs.

    That -17% is really consistent too, IIRC.
