Personal Request: Which Artifact Belt?

Hi,
I have a personal request about the belts.
i am an pve TR and so i can choose between dexterity, strength and charisma. I don't need dexterity because i have plenty of critical strike (over 50%) which means i can choose between charisma and strength.
which means strength increase my overall damage and charisma my combat advantage damage. The problem is that the strength belt give me armor penetration but i have now over 2580 arp without the strentg belt which means charisma would be good.

but i have the feeling that charisma as attribute in PvE is a "no good" or is +4% in combat advantage better then +4% overal or should i take the dexterity belt anyway because more crit is always better?

as it was mentioned before charisma is broken .
its only 1% dmg increase per 6 char points
    it only gives deflect
    so str is way better,

And if we assume that it is not broken?

I think the CHA belt can be a great option, since you can gain +4% to your deflect rating at legendary level. Since it will also add +4% to your companion attributes, if you have an augment companion, this would increase your overall stats as well! Deflect is much better than defense, because when deflect works, you only take 25% of the total damage.

I'm with you on deflect. I can't tell you how many times a dragon has blasted us and I'm the only one left standing. Of course deflect doesn't always proc but it is handy.

The CHA belt is a very viable option, mainly because as a TR you get deflect from it and you happen to have the best deflect severity. The combat advantage damage is useful but not as much as the straight damage you get from STR. However the CHA belt also does improve your companion so if you have an augment companion such as an ioun stone then this would increase the stats that it happens to be giving you which is very nice.
The DEX belt I would also consider because this means that you are getting crit and deflect so you can move some of your gear/enchants around to focus less on crit and more on something you are lacking in.
The STR belt is possibly best for overall damage, however since you're in pve you won't care to much about the stamina regen and if you on't need the armor penetration then I would say that the STR belt is only good if you're heading to pvp.

I doubt companion influence works on augments, and if it does then I'd like to see figures.
