    same problem here. US east coast. Unable to authenticate.....

    same here, was patching and almost done.

    Now I get "cannot authenticate" every single time

    Im haveing the "Unable to Authenticate" problem as well. Its 4:50 p.m E.S.T.
    If this is a known problem they should put that message on the launcher page so we dont think its something on our end. Ive been trying to fix this for 40 minutes or so and it would have been nice to know its on there end.

    oh it was the new update. same here unable to access server and even do something as simple as spend the zen I deposited in server, (waiting for enough to buy uni mount.)

    Glad its not just me, kinda thought I might have been banned for a minute and I just spent money on this game for me and my sis. >.<

    I'm in but the servers are getting increasingly empty.
    Most of my guildies are locked out too.

    Had a simular bug exactly one week ago.
    Maybe related.

    "beckylunatic" Gateway AH should have column headers to sort by buyout, bid, end time, quantity, etc. These disappeared iirc with the module launch. It's obnoxious.

    Having the same issue here i loged out like 2 hours ago and hasn't been able to log in for 30mins now

    Morocco

    I'm pretty sure the problem from the server

    I also i tried going directly to GameClient.exe but it goes back to login screen without giving any massage.

    My colleague had server not responding problem all day today. And now I cannot log in, 'course "unable to authenticate".
    Bids he then the spruces to singer him an anthems!

    Same issue, getting hit with 'failure to authenticate'. east coast USA. Was on for a while earlier, but can't now.
    My eyes are small but they have seen the beauty of enormous things.

    Same. Cant login. Forum works fine and gateway. But game client seems to be the issue.
