What's with the halfling hate around here?

IDK, i've a halfling HR i'm leveling in hope they fix and balance stuff in the future cause i like the class gameplay and animations. Purposely wanted to create a little creepy goblin, but couldn't do the same with my GWF so at race reroll i made the main GWF human and not halfling even if it's better for PvP.

Show me pics of non-creepy halflings, i want to see them :)

I don't hate halflings, I always sacrifice one to the loot gods for better loot.

It's perfectly possible to create a good-looking female halfling using the 'new' character creator. Although it does take a little work fiddling with the scaling options. No idea where this meme that all 'new' halflings are fugly has come from.

Halflings earned bad glory probably because of all those black dyed PvPers with red eyes running around, acting like local breed of redcaps.

Female halfling can look pretty (maximized jaw height + minimized head width). The hip bone is oddly large though, it's like I'm wearing a diaper.

    So creepy/ugly...

Compared to the OP one. No wonder old skins > new ones.

My halfling looks like he was in a boy band ten years ago, and the band manager gave him anti-aging hormones, but they only sort of worked.

Boy band, right down to the hairstyle.

Never understand this and I have no problem with hobbits but it exist in my guild too.
Probably because halflings are common among serious pvp players.

In domination if you see 5 halflings with the same guild name you know you should stay at campfire...

A lot of people playing male halflings make them look like midget gothclowns.

At best, they kind of look like the title character of Nickelodeon's "Hey Arnold!"

Halflings are supposed to look like small humans. These days they're modeled after real-life dwarves. One is more aesthetically pleasing than the other, hence widespread halfling hate.

They made the faces look chubby like gnomes or dwarves are supposed to look, it can be fixed by manually adjusting the sliders at the creator. I went to an elf character on the creator and wrote down exactly what each setting was at and did that on a halfing and while it didn't look exactly the same as the elfs face, it looked a lot better.
