Alteration NPC issue.

There STILL seem to be a graphical bug with this feature. (Been there since BETA) The preview window is displaying the character really zoomed in and you can not zoom out. The character is also located on left side of the screen, cutting out more than half of it's body. It's impossible to see my character more than 25% and it looks the same on ALL my characters. Possible quick-fix? I haven't been able to spend my token i bought for a few days now.

Also, I have spent ZEN to get this token, but it is bound to the character i bought it with?! This was very unclear in the description upon purchase.

    I still have not seen this issue being fixed and I am still unable to use my character customize token.
    Would it help if i submitted a screenshot aswell? In that case look up one of my older threads in which i have had this issue before. This time i find no solution to it.

    Do you have your UI scale set to something other than defaults? That seems to be the cause of problems with this interface.

    Srry for posting this here but for no reason I cant make a new thread... (getting pissed off by this game today.) So my issue is after todays last update I am getting horrible lags and its not my connection cuz everything is working fine (web browser, TS, other games: WoW, DOTA 2, FPS games so ALL!!!) Make something with those stupid laggs please....

    I'm well aware of the various solutions people have posted who had the same problem. However, non of those work. And since i had the same problem last time i have changed nothing. No UI, no GFX, nothing. Yet, here i stand.. unable to use the NPC and my zen. I feel like we shouldn't have to find solutions around the problem. It shouldn't even be a problem like that to start with :)
