Hey am at the stage where am either going to get lucky, or more likely start saving up the AD for an artifact belt. Am running a M.I full-DPS rogue as I tend to enjoy dungeons in the game. Current stats are 26 DEX and 19 STR (without camp fire bonus) and was considering which belt to go for.
Am torn between the DEX and STR ones, mainly because my crit chance is currently around the 51% chance and am not sure how much use I'll get out of the extra DEX.
So any opinions, or thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.

well if i made pve tr i would go str all the way with human so around 29,30 coz i like huge numbers with lb
dex is good to,with sorbet its 57,8% crit chance that looks fun to
str would give more dmg tho
I think either belt would be good, but I might tend to go for the DEX belt because it also increases your Deflect chance, which can seriously reduce incoming damage to you.

The CHA artifact belt is also something to consider since it will add 4% to deflect chance for a TR, as well as 4% companion stat increase.
The DEX belt only adds 2% deflect chance, but adds an additional 4% critical chance.
I guess it all depends upon your build-type and other enchantments/boons/etc.
To deal as much damage as possible in PvE so anything to boost DPS is the main thing so will get DEX belt - will improve my crit chance and I can switch an azure to a radiant (offence slot) and be able to boost damage too
Hey, i just picked up a rare(blue) owlbear leather belt of intelligence (+2 INT) from a lockbox, yay me. anyway i have only just got to lvl 60 going down executioner style build, aiming for pvp setup. should i use the belt or sell for the AD and try get another one?

I would say to sell for either a DEX, STR, or CHA belt for the TR. That INT belt is selling for more than the others currently on the AH.

If the TR rework turns us away from recharge based play then your int belt will be wasted.
I would suggest you sell it, and buy con instead, you cannot go wrong with con if you're pvping.

I say wait a week or two when the devs reveal how they are changing the class.
For all you know they fix cha and quadruple our combat advantage... no one knows what they are going to do & you may find you want something completely different once the changes are revealed. The belt and weapon are HUGE investments & you want to make sure you dont wind up with the worst, because they flip the class upside down and you were too impatient to wait a bit longer.
Thanks for your input, i think while they are selling for 5mil plus AD, i will try and sell it while its in demand, i cant see the changes increasing the value. Famous last words there haha

I would definitely sell the INT belt. It's not remotely optimal for PvE and I couldn't see it being better than CON for PvP, and even if you did for some reason end up thinking it was good for your build once changes are released, the price on these belts are fairly unlikely to go back up to the levels they were the week or two after the items were first released.
I am seriously considering the CHA belt in the future. It is the cheapest one and seems to be a great way to add 4% to deflect and companion stats. Deflect owns Defense and the TR has some of the best Deflect potential in the game.

IMHO, it depends on what you want to do with your TR. If you are looking for big damage numbers, STR and DEX are sure ways to go, for the damage and crit chance bonuses, respectively. One thing I read about the CHA belt is that additional CHA also increases COMBAT ADVANTAGE DAMAGE; for every point over 10 in CHA grants +1% combat advantage damage. This is excellent for a TR, since the goal should be to do as much to all damage as possible either in stealth (which grants automatic combat advantage), or from behind/to the side.
Another option is the INT belt, which provides additional encounter cooldown percentage. SAme as CHA; for every point over 10 INT grants 1% increase in recharge speed. This is really important if you desire your TR to be "perma-stealth" (which puts you in combat advantage for most of the time you are in combat.
For example, my main character is an INT-based TR, Tiefling race. I use the Owlbear Belt of Intelligence (refined to Legendary/Orange) for it, and, taking in to account time at the campfire which increases all stats by 1, and the +4 INT from the belt, and +2 INT stat from being a Tiefling, my INT is 25, which provides a 15% increase in recharge speed. With a few items that also provide RECOVERY, my total recharge speed is about 30%. This is not only good for stealth, but also for the other encounter powers I like to use. So I can spam these powers more frequently when I wish; but mainly use the better recharge speed for perma-stealth.
Your choice of feats and paragon path will also afford you options on whether you want more damage, higher crit, or other abilities.
So, I really can't say which belt is best for you. I believe you need to know how you want to play your character, then let us know so we can help. For my TR, INT was the way to go because I want to be stealthy all the time.
Hope this helps put things in perspective, and hope you make the best choice for your character.
See you on the battlegrounds.

That INT belt is already worth half what it was.
