can't claim reward from new epic encounters

hi, i did some new epic encounters today and now i'm stuck on 'claim reward button' it does nothing
i tried everything, after this i did encounters in icewind dale and it was ok, but this button with old rewards does not dissapear and i do not receive any rewards from new dragons encounters...

    Check your both normal and seal inventories and free some space. (check also you don't have overflow)

    This problem is still unsolved. I can't get the HE rewards. That suck immensly during this event!

    Sylvia, is your riches inventory full? Do you need to stack up some of your dragon coins? This wasn't done automatically with the increased stack size, you need to do it yourself.
