I am all for any changes to tab, its great it gives 20% dmg and combat advantage but its so lackluster... I think mark should auto apply with specific encounters and Tab should be something special.
What about summing up the previous suggestion.
TAB => "Into the Fray"
Lasts 10 seconds with 10 second CD. (up from 8 second buff 10 sec CD)
Range = 50'.
Grants allies within 50' increased damage equal to 50% of your DR (down from 75%), boosts Stamina gain 15% over 10 seconds, also grants Termp HP and Run speed. (Basically ALL else the same, just change 'uptime' and 'Damage Boost')
We are not loosing the "mark" though. if they use the same script the GWF mark then we also have the same 20% damage + CA by using TR/ET
****While ITF is active, encounter powers apply Mark to a target. Mark applies a 20% Debuff AND grants Combat Advantage. Mark would operate like GWFs "mark". (basically the "mark" function FROM Threat Rush -except applied on encounter powers)

My option is they need to rework our tab but instead steal one encounter from our bar, they shoud do somthing uniq .
Like scorpion move form Mortal Combat + instant agro .
Any way its not working as they promised ppl are soo much DPS focused you cannot hold agro only if you use AS.
GF and SW have the worst tab ability vs other classes .
But i agree with you, both mark for GWF and GF shoud stay permanent as long as adds bosses hit y .

Those sound like great ideas, I would only want a party buff in that slot though IF , or IW. If you allow KV in that slot pvp would suck to many people would spam that not afraid to lose a better encounter.

Those sound like great ideas, I would only want a party buff in that slot though IF , or IW. If you allow KV in that slot pvp would suck to many people would spam that not afraid to lose a better encounter.

As detailed above, it retains its party utility buff AND allows us to mark targets to keep that portion as well.
Our mark and GWFs mark would be identical except now we would be slightly better since encounters used DURING ITF buff would apply a mark.
I think this is the perfect "median" for what this class needs, the only issue I can see here, is that Conq GFs might deal TOO much damage, or now players might slot KC AND ITF because they would have two encounters available. (Thats the only downside I see)

I agree completely however with MINOR changes.
1) Encounters used while ITF is active marks a target.
2) Knights Challenge gets nerfed/changed
3) Duration extended to say 10 sec and damage buff decreased (from 75% of DR to 50% of DR).
Then I think it could work FANTASTIC! Especially because it gives stamina gain - which is amazing for the new block ATM.
