changing the loot rule during skirmish?

How do you change the loot rule to (blue) rare. I've try and i can't. It says something about not being able to leave the skirmish or instance. Even if a wait till after the skirmish, change it, and re-queue - it just goes back to green.

anyone else tried this, is it a bug or WAI?

edit: specifically it says "You can not leave the party in this queue instance" what ever that means.

GRRR! So i'm stuck with people who want to gold farm all the green trash loot? Whats the point of having changeable loot rules?

They're not intended to be used in parties of random queue people, but can be set in a party that's created *before* you do anything.

Round Robin is a godsend for questing together.

I've actually been meaning to bug report this, I have tried many times with my guildmates to change the loot distribution to RR (very nice for PK since everyone will get something), so before we queue we change it, queue, enterx and not only is it back to need or greed, but the party leader has changed. We even went so far as to trade lead and have everyone change it, then pass lead, and queue, but even that last-ditch effort was in vain.
