Which you wouldn't be able to do if no one was out doing the content. The only reason you can sit on your couch and wait for someone to put something up on the AH is because someone's actually out there doing it. Also have to ask yourself where are you going to get the AD to buy that otherwise very expensive belt of the AH if you're not doing content, getting drops and earning AD.

Most of the belts I've seen on the auction house come from lockboxes (blue & where posted a week ago)

the ony option i can think of is , leveling up the epic dungeon mobs to level 70 and then it will more fun than now cause its to easy and with p vorp with all dps casters its like about 15-30min per epic dungeon , even for CN. so making epic dungeon mobs to level 70 will be the way to go and increasing there AI a little , they r pretty stupid atm , they just attack and attack and no strategy .
i like the dragon in icepire heart cause its the only dragon who actually do some nice locking but the problem is it can only lock 1 player making that skill pretty useless . it has to be able to lock as many players standing in the aoe and not the 1 guy who was standing .
as for in rothe valley the electric attack is similar to MC .

as for making it interesting they shld have given dragons some flight attacks like MC and VT . a dragon with no flight attack isnt dragon at all. as of now they r just lizards waiting to get slaughtered.

I agree for interesting boss mechanics as well. But I'd really like to focus on lessening the RNG aspect of getting these new BIS stuff.

The skirimishes, dungeons and dragon encounters are not too challenging, so they make up for it for the fact that the RNG is abysmal.

What we need is new dungeons or legendary versions with NO RED AREAS. The new skimirsh boss attack is a nice example.

We need long and hard dungeons with guaranteed bis-rewards or guaranteed fragments of bis gear
Lescar PvE Wizard - Sir Garlic PvE Paladin
    Caturday Survivor
    Elemental Evil Survivor
    Undermontain Survivor
    Mod20 Combat rework Survivor
    Mod22 Refinement rework Survivor

Well they decided that was not a good idea.

Cryptic decided that a good idea means having an artifact chest that cost you time and diamonds that has a 1/3 chance of giving you the weapon you want. Great idea!

i suggested this during beta, but with their "excellent" add spamming dungeon design its useless cause there is too much $@ in front of the boss, though it would work for bosses that doesnt spam adds

To get back to the OP's point. You are correct there is no reward for skill and teamwork. Even if you have the best teamwork, the RNG will determine your reward. You can be the most skilled player in an HE, and still walk away with lowest reward because the RNG went against you. Even dungeons and skirmishes which force you into a team, has turned into 5 individuals that just happen to be going the same way at the same time. Those 5 individuals will get the same level of reward as a 5 man team that worked together and killed more monster in a quicker time.

There is no teamwork involved at all any more except at the hardest bosses and then only for about 15 seconds prior to opening the door. One the first laments of many players when this game first went live was the lack of socializing that occurred, especially during dungeons. This has gotten worse instead of better.

This is what I'm driving at. There is no investment in heroic encounters because people can just afk around it and still get the same rewards as someone who dedicated his time into his gear setup and encounter rotation to produce the best possible DPS/debuff/heal/tank.

You are punishing good players by making the rewards HAMSTER and you are rewarding the leechers by having the same rewards as others
