My level 33 Warlock keeps crashing in the Helm's Hold sewers trying to fight the shepard of the damned. After I crash, I cannot log in.

Not sure why you're crashing but the connection issue is most likely because a game process isn't shutting down fast enough before you try connecting again. Next time you crash, press CTRL+ALT+DEL and open Task Manager (or right click task bar, choose Task Manager) and make sure GameClient.exe is shut down before launching the patcher again.

Try Force Verify of your game files with the Launcher to make sure all your files are okay and not missing or corrupted. To do this, make sure the game isn't running. Load the Launcher (Neverwinter.exe) and then click on Options on the top left, check mark "Force Verify" and then click "Save." Log into the Launcher and let it scan and verify/fix/redownload anything it finds.

same here. Just crashed twice in one pvp match. It hasn't ended yet, but it would be a disadvantage to my team

Tried everything you mentioned for a number of times when I heard from someone else. Not working
