Patch server down?

Autoupdate for launcher unable to connect. And when I start the gameclient directly it says it can't connect either.

STO giving me the same issue.

    Looks like it's down. I crashed during a zone change and now i'm getting the same message

    My game hanged during map transition. Literary hanged - never happen before. I killed it after 3 minutes and I can't launch it now. So maybe it hanged waiting for patch server - same reason why launcher won't launch.

    Same here. Gonna have issues logging in now because of the zone change.

    Same problem here. Got black screen with patching in top-left screen and after reloging the patcher brought up the error message.

    Yes it went down 25 minutes ago. I was trying to patch new instance and game stopped so i tried to open new client and it won't run...

    Same here, was just on a bit ago. Is there an update on this issue? A total of three devices here are doing this.

    Well finally got the launcher to pop up but now it just says "Connecting...."

    I'm experiencing the same issue. Game fails at launcher patch.

    It's doubtful that the earthquake had anything to do with it. It's been posted that their HQ is in California, but servers are located in Boston, MA. (http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?382842-Where-are-the-Servers-Located)

    Tried game client. Then installed Arc same thing. No gaming for now.

    Good thing I checked.. thought it was just me and was getting worried. Tried to manually connect the client and it can't reach the account server.

    Gateway still works. I think peeps are missing the saddest part of this. If the game kicks anyone who zones, then who will the trade bots in protectors talk to?!?!

    Naw, too many warlocks crossed their streams and it sploded the server.

    Just had the same happen trying to zone in to Skull Fortress. Now the launcher can't connect. Bummer. :(

    I was able to get in. haven't tried zoning on any characters yet though.

    Same here, just closed the game 5 minutes ago, can't open the launcher now.
