Repel: Adjusted Timings to Repel to prevent it from being cancelled after a foe has been pushed. Foes should no longer randomly resist this power too much.

Fox Shift: Can now be used without a target again and will properly go on cooldown when used, regardless of whether it hits targets.
Rain of Arrows: This power no longer builds AP when cast out of combat.
Seismic Shot: Will no longer fire a low resolution humanoid figure when at low video settings.
Scourge Warlock
Soul Puppet: Soul Puppets now correctly despawn when their summoner is killed.
Warlock's Curse: Curse will now correctly clean up when a target dies.
Content and Environment
Dread Ring: There is no longer invisible collision on the path leading from the Vanguard Camp to the Ribcage.
Enemies
Resolved a few cases where enemies could not find a path to players ins some rare cases.
Items and Economy
Black Ice Shaping Profession tool upgrades are now back to Level 3.
Blue Dragon Glyph: Once the Aspect of Lightning buff is active, the damage reflection proc can now only occur once per second.
Oghmas Token of Free Movement now has a proper cooldown length at Legendary quality.
The Rod of Imperial Restraint artifact has a decreased drop rate for participation less than Great Success in the Venfithar (Rothe Valley) and Vilithrax (Whispering Caverns) Heroic Encounters. Great Success in the Heroic Encounters remains the same.
There is now a set bonus for the Scourge Warlock Dread Ring set.
Tyranny of Dragons: Faction cloaks are now properly free to transmute as they state they are.
Performance and Stability
Resolved an issue that prevented the Wine from properly compiling graphics shaders and causing client crashes for both Linux and Mac (please note, we do not support Wine, Linux or Mac as official platforms).
Resolved an issue with some AMD processors having stuttering issues.
Resolved some client crashes that were affected some shader model 2.0 video cards.
User Interface
Foundry map icons now have a nice round border treatment again on the overworld map.
Item and power chat linking works consistently again.
So no fix for the none dropping [Cult of the Dragon tunic]?

Well, since its supposed to only be active 20 seconds out of the 60 second cooldown (at least that is what I heard, never actually looked at them myself) that means that the glyph can only do a max of 12,000 damage possibly spread out against multiple targets (it won't even reach that high unless they have a ton of DoT constantly hitting them). So, I'm not sure.

It should at least prevent a Duelists Flurry from melting the attacking Rogue, we can make further adjustments if needed.
Everybody is melting everybody with Blue Dragon Glyph, not just the TR. A DC is melting anything that attacks it in a second. And they are still activating eachother? So both players dies?
Some nice little fixes here , it would be nice if you could find out why the new vanity costume top isn't dropping from the HE it is supposed to drop at if possible.

Its now works just like bloodbath, which is was basically copy+pasted from (besides the animation).

Well I did 40 Villithrax HE's on my 17k GF and didn't get one great success, so I guess I will never even see one of these artifacts until there's like less than 7 people fighting.

Panderus , is there any chance you can make it a priority to make the Draconic coins stack to 1000 instead of just 100 , everybody is farming hundreds of them trying to get the Artifact belts and they are starting to fill up our campaign currency bag , either that or add the potion of heroism and the potion of fey healing( give it a dragony name maybe? ) to the Tyranny of Dragons campaign store so we can use the Draconic coins to buy them?
i am not so sure if the nerf on blue dragon glyph is right or wrong, due it is the only way to make DC-class to progress in the PvP-campaing due is its only way to get doubles and triple kills consistently... you should rethink it a bit.
But it's out of hand right now. You can't attack them and any good player will stop attacking them the moment They see the lighting effect...
Dcs need some DPS path, but not like 'you touch me, you die'...

I do not see a point in changing Fox Shift like this. yes non targetable is great. but wasting it upon use even if it doesnt hit no anyone makes no sense.
it works like Blood bath but blood bath is a daily. Where hitting or wasting it counts. This is an encounter thats slightly bursty only when it crits. the fact it that it didnt require a target and didnt waste if no target was found made it a good perma stealth seeker. One of the very few ways to combat that playstyle.
about bf, the critical damage is smaller than it should be (put stacks/ mark over the top and you see).
about female walk, now she swings your hips like a "non fighter". 's ridiculous you fight with a stiff posture and then walk like a breathless teenager.
about sprint animation, well...now all gwf run like this:

does this also fix the discrepancy where fabled fomorian weapon set has a different bonus then the fallen dragon/dread legion/cn set (+450 lifesteal on all the others, power on fomorian)?
this would bring it in line with all the other classes

Please, take a look at this. Assailing Force deals 15% or even more damage in PvP. My 35k HP HR gets hit for more then 6k.

Yes, I'd like that. Or make these coins discardable. Now players are forced to pay 10 gold and 5k ad to "discard" 50 coins.

Dont forget the RED AND BLACK DRAGON GLYPHS TOO!!!! These need a once per second ICD AS WELL OR THOSE WILL BE IMBA....

That is horrible...
The original form was fine...but I would rather require a target than deal with wasting it...
