What I think is that there should be a server set aside for the people who genuinely do not care at all about $ and will spend thousands of dollars to roll up in a max level character dressed in orange gear. When buying access to that server your package includes one character slot for each race/class combination and your choice of legendary armor/weapons/mounts. It should be a fairly inexpensive server to maintain as well, since it's likely that only PE will need to be kept up so that these folks have a place to hang out and let other people examine and admire them.
tl;dr - It's one thing to spend $ to move yourself along, it's another to complain that you can't quite have insta-win.
You can insta-win. It's just a pain to do so. The thing is that if you were to grind it you won't be able to compete with the ones who instantly maxed it out and the refinig process doesn't get any easier just because you're not doing it all at once. I don't see any reason not to be able to anyway. They earnt their in game currency, why not spend that to max out their gear? If they were to do so the process shouldn't be a pain to do. What does it achieve? You can still do it, it just annoys the players.

And why not have a server for skilless players too? And other server for players that have look with the loot, and more. There are lots of players who can farm lots of ADs and refine the artifact in 1 day without spending $. Just because you dont have the money or the skill, dont suggest stupid things. Deal with it and work harder of pay $$

I have the twined rope of dex and green/blue equip does not refine ( I see know needs to be 60)? Also, kessil sigils don't work either as someone mentioned that?
i m just waiting for double RP weekend on 29th so i can make it legendary at half of its original cost. for now have nought about 2mil RP which will be like 4mil in double RP weekend.
and for those of who r wondering easy way ou , i bought 3 normal dragon hoard enchant and they give a pretty good amount of refining stone form flawless sapphire to pearl , but sapphire is very rare , in 3 days since mod4 i got only 1 , 10 lesser resonance stone among other things.

Some dude made the big bucks back when exploiters won the lottery, comes here today boasting his "smarts". Get real, casual players with lives outside in the real world play 1-2 hours a day at best for fun. If I wanted a job buying/selling Id go to the stock market

Read my last 2 sentences.. Im actually giving a contradictory statement myself.. Neverwinter does not provide the necessary environment of adventure. it does not support the idea of refining it over the periodic times. So, it's only reasonable people want it to be 'instant' if they can afford it.. (So in short, I agree there's really no need for it to be overly tedious & annoying)
