CW Storm Spell is bugged

Storm Spell: Chance to activate reduced to 20% (down from 35%).
Storm Spell: This effect will no longer incorrectly trigger on Chill stacks.
Storm Spell: Damage increased by roughly 100%.(instead of the current 200% buff)

These changes to storm spell did not make it to live please fix the madness of cws doing 24k damage non crit.....on mobs for players its about 1/3 of this.

    Storm Spell was already nerfed once. The changes you listed - they are Live. 24K damage non-crit? Sorry but not happening. Please post proof.

    I will confess I was looking at the combat log and seeing a 9k crit, mind you that is a crit (which is certainly up from the 1-2k crits it used to do). I have not seen 24 crits nor non-crits from storm spell. I have done 24k+ crits on sudden storm which isn't uncommon.

    I haven't seen 24k non crit damage,from storm spell, even with 8k power. So either post proof of your claims,from live, or be branded a nerf troll.

    CWs 30-40% dmg was taken 2 days ago!
    Strom spell was nerfed to 20%!
    HRs are outdpsing them during dungeon runs.
    SWs will be outdpsing them during dungeon runs.

    Want more nerf...?

    Shouldnt HRs out DPS CWs? I mean... one has control the other doesnt...

    Storm Spell has already been nerfed to bull**** since what it was before on preview. HR has twice the DPS of CW in dungeons. If something needs a nerf, it's the HR.

    You forgot to mention that the 'other' has stealth, healing, immunities (fox shift), speed and better defensive stats.

    Is it to much to point out that a change they had done on the preview server seems half correct on live?

    The damage may be where it should be but the proc chance and chill proc seem to still be there for live.

    No. Why should they?

    I don't know much about HR abilities except that in PvP, they have better control than my CW.

    nothing to see here, just some gwfs who aren't able to win 1v5 anymore, but only 1v3. cw is now always outdpsed in dungeons by hrs and gwfs and now you ask for further nerfs? my cw is still easy food for gwfs and hrs in pvp. learn to play! qqer noobs

    i don't see any GWF's in here except ayroux....please stop with the hatred towards the class.It is now proven that even CW will abuse the bugged feat...given the opportunity to do so....

    Nothing is bugged here. Try and run CN in a rainbow and compare your dps. CW has less dps than HR or GWF. In pvp HR is 1-shotting everything. And what does he do when he doesn't have his 1-shot ready? He goes stealth. GG Cryptic, awesome balance!

    Sure, give Cws CC immunity,Tenacity Penetration,CC resistance penetration,nerf the control powers of all other classes so that control becomes truly the domain of Cws and then we can discuss the DPS nerfs Cws need,not before.

    half of the first page of the PVP leaderboard are CWs now, and you're complaining that you've been overly nerfed? I disagree.

    Because it's their function. Archer HRs are supposed to be high ST DPS.

    Whatever it is, its still used, and is still a death sentence for me. It's still better than anything a Renegade has.

    HRs are the top class in PVP: I don't like asking for nerfs, but there needs some balance to be established. HRs still have way too much healing. No other class stands a chance against HR.

    It is not used as it doesn't exist any more. You're talking about Constricting Arrow and that was changed to a short root weeks ago. And in any case it would not be better than the massively boosted CC that all CWs have now.

    Maybe your build sucks?

    And in any case it would not be better than the massively boosted CC that all CWs have now.

    All Cw's got it. Orb now works and freeze doesn't break from dmg.

    He's just pissed because he can't use the exact same build and rotation that he could in Mod 3.

    All HR CC powers now apply a short root effect. If you spec Trapper you can boost these roots but you lose DPS and/or survivability.

    If short roots are 'death' for you then you have a serious build/skill issue.

    Ha. take a look at leaderbordes 85% of top are CWs how can u say this with a stright face? CW control assiliant force and storm spell are bugged enough said.

    SS and Assailant are WAI.

    What you people don't know is that they were adjusted and readjusted, for weeks, to be in their present state. They used to be even better.

    What you are seeing now is a nerfed version of what the devs intended the CW to be.
