Help identifying unusual Armour

Hello people, hope all is well!

I bought this helm in the AH today which gives the appearance of having no head piece and an unknown breast plate.

I could not find any info on this item.
Maybe there is someone who is familiar with the history and possible drop/claim location of this strange helm?

    Before tenacity and ELO system, it was won in PVP match (all was conquerant stuff)

    Also if you or anyone's curious as to that armor it's appearing as, that's the GWF's Drake seal armor.
