Help identifying unusual Armour

Hello people, hope all is well!

I bought this helm in the AH today which gives the appearance of having no head piece and an unknown breast plate.



One with a brighter dye.







I could not find any info on this item.
Maybe there is someone who is familiar with the history and possible drop/claim location of this strange helm?

Before tenacity and ELO system, it was won in PVP match (all was conquerant stuff)
