What map of the Chasm has the Spellplague Cavern?

I've outlevelled Ending the Madness and the Spellplague Cavern, have lost the sparkly trail and can't queue .
I know where it is once I can get to the map instance but don't know which map it is on and how to get there again. Anyone?

Left portal and straight up the hill

    the entrace is in jagged approach , top right corner of map

    This thread is still very relevant since you still lose the glowy trail in the chasm.
