Forum website issue / zero size object

The website has daily issues with not responding correctly (no other website does this). This wasn't an issue with the old forum and only occured to me on the new forums. It took me two entire hours to submit this thread, today. (that's how bad it is...) It would be great if this gets fixed asap, since it is pretty much annoying.

    This seriously needs to get fixed, its starting to get even more annoying than when it first popped up.

    Yes still getting this , all day today I have been getting locked out the forum for up to half a hour at a time or more , very professional setup....

    I've had this issue a few times in the last few days as well.

    It's kind of hard to fix an issue that is randomly occurring. Sometimes it comes and lasts for only a minute or so, other times it lasts for an extended period of time. I'm sure it's giving the web team fits too, however, until you can pin down a cause you can't really do much in the way of a fix.

    Almost all day I have been locked out of the forum due to this and I am taking it for granted everybody else is too since at the time of writing this only 12 people are browsing general discussion ,if you cannot fix this can you at least make a copy of the forum and allow it to be hosted by somebody more capable? this is just ridiculous now.

    This only started occurring after the forum switch to Arc, so something went wrong there.

    If a city bus is randomly shutting down and still under warranty the driver takes it to the mechanics to have it fix and gets a new one, the so-called web team should do this with the forum software, request a new one while the third party vendor fix this one.
