PvE and PvP are essentially separated as it stands, so no. Literally the only ways to PvP are to queue for it (you can EASILY avoid this) or to enter the PvP area of Icewind Dale and flag yourself (literally there is no real gain from flagging yourself for PvP). Why would they make a second server for something as silly as separating that?
I don't know. Maybe it would make it easier on those of us that won't to play all content PvE. Most games have it setup that way so why wouldn't this one?

If the number of players was sufficiently large to justify multiple servers, it would make sense to do that either based on geography (US west/US east/Europe etc), or user language.
Splitting based on PvP/PvE is just silly. If you don't like PvP, don't participate in it - you can do Gauntlgrym without PvPing - the only thing you miss out on is the domination matches and parts of the Module 3 maps....utterly minor.
Just ignore the PvP.
The real problem with PvP is that the demands for "class equality" for PvP purposes has done serious harm to some classes form a PvE point of view - TRs in particular, which has pissed off a number of players.
The proper solution would have been an in-game separation of PvP and PvE powers/feats/skills - but a separate server would not be of any help whatsoever. forget it.
I have no interest in PvP. I much prefer PvE so what content will I miss? Are the PvP areas marked so one doesn't accidently stumble into them?
You will miss the PvP domination areas (but you have to specifically enter those anyhow), In Gauntlgrym, you will not be joining the PvP part, but you can participate in the PvE activities instead (building catapults and such). Finally, in Icewind Dale there are areas which you should avoid ... basically a red border - if you cross that, you will be tagged for PvP. There are also a few NPCs that give out PvP quests, but they are clearly marked as such.
Basically, if you don't like PvP, just don't participate, and just spend your time on the other 95% of the game.
The absolutely ONLY thing you will miss out by not doing PVP is a pirate outfit and a few PVP related artifacts. Every other item in the game, and Every single area and instance can be done without one second of PVP.

Yes ,on the minimap in the top corner of your screen the pvp area on the Icewind Dale maps is red and as you go near open pvp you see a yellow barrier and a warning sound to tell you that you are close to the pvp area ,it is quite difficult to get marked for pvp by accident.Also open pvp only exists in the two Icewind dale maps (at least for now) , before that you don't need to worry about open world pvp.

Those other games used large scale Open World PvP. In Neverwinter PvP is limited to arenas you have to actually queue for (Domination) and two small, clearly marked areas in the Icewind Dale campaign zone. It's impossible to enter the first by accident (well - virtually impossible) and the areas in IWD have a big glowy red barrier that warns you when you get close to it.
I've never done Gauntlgrym so I can't say how easy it is to avoid PvP there, but it's absolutely possible to do everything else without even noticing PvP exists, let alone participating.
You will never be forced to PvP and there is very limited access to PvP in this game without directly signing up for it (only on one portion of 1 map). You will also be notified if you approach a PvP area. PvP will have no influence if on you if you chose to only play PvE aside from having more people on the server to be with.
No. And I would not support the notion of creating one, even though I generally never to PvP myself. There's no reason to separate it because PvP is completely optional. More importantly, even if you accidentally flag (like running along the edge of the map looking for mines to collapse and run around a corner and... OOPS! now your flagged!) it's not that big of a deal. If you're totally unlucky, some hunting pack happens to be right there and slaughters you. All you lose is a kit if you don't feeling like standing for 3 minutes. Otherwise, run back to the nearest fire and unflag. No big deal.

I don't wish to put anyone off, but I literally did this yesterday while trying to climb up a steep high peak outside of but bordering on the PvP zone in Icewind Pass. I fell off the mountain and got flagged for PvP before I hit bottom. I wandered around a bit and fought some really tough Icewind Adventurer NPCs before wending my way back to safety.
For the record, it's still pretty much impossible to get flagged accidentally. I was very intentionally pushing the limits where I was climbing knowing full well that falling would land me over the edge. I didn't care if I did end up over the border and happened to get killed, but someone actively trying to avoid it wouldn't be at risk.
