I won an auction from Auction House but never received my goods!

Hi there, I have tried to find a thread for this but was unable to. Feel free please to merge if this is a duplicate. I looked on the NWO Twitter page and this bug isn't mentioned there either and I really need help with this. I cannot be the only one who's been [hopefully]temporarily duped out of AD = BY THE GAME.

"beckylunatic" Gateway AH should have column headers to sort by buyout, bid, end time, quantity, etc. These disappeared iirc with the module launch. It's obnoxious.

    It's now over 2 hours later and still the item I won in the auction is no where in sight. An item of my own sold and I received that with no probs at all. I won the auction at 3:17pm and it's now 5:50pm.

    I have had this happen before (as well as sold an item and never got my AD bug). I don't know if it is some way that the seller/buyer can exploit the mechanisms involved or if it is some other bug that causes it. In both cases I was unable to recover my losses from support (but I can be a bit demanding in my missives so I would not have helped me either given my approach) but perhaps you can fare better. Another thing to check (likely doesn't apply but to be sure) is to make sure that you have room in your mail for another message as there is a limit but I forget how many.

    This appears to just be an AH Bug as there are loads of items currently in the AH that have been sitting there expired for over a day. It's still just sitting there, anyone can search it in the AH and see them. :/

    Also, if your bags are full and you can't accept the item into your inventory, it is still sent to your mailbox. Mines still in AH :P

    :( It just happened to me too. I am glad you got your item & I hope I get mine or my AD back. At least I am not alone.

    If you cans till see the item there, then it hasn't cleared from the AH yet, and would probably still show up in searches too. Sounds like the same glitch.

    Won items get mailed at the time they clear out of the AH interface and stop showing up under your bids. Usually right away, but....

    No this is current AH look it's gone but it said I was winning & then poof nothing got mail from another item I was outbid on with my AD but nothing on that one for the 40,000+ AD :/

    Just had something similar happen to me too. I bid on an auction for 10 preservation wards about a minute before the auction was ending. The auction ended but i didn't get any mail about winning it or being outbid, so the AD i stuck in there is gone and i'm left empty handed. Really makes me doubtful of bidding on anything anymore. Opened a ticket about it and the GM said:

    "Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us! I understand that you made a bid on 10 preservation wards but you have not received any email or items.

    A player has outbid your current bid and no other player can bid if the auction has only less that a minute left. Also, your astral diamonds should remain the same. Kindly check your inventory.

    If you are reporting a bug, please use the in-game bug report feature rather than Request GM Help.

    If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us anytime!"

    Well that's great and all that sort of stuff but i'd really like a mail about it giving back my AD or getting the wards. Bug report has been made also.
