I'm referring to this, known issues post by a GM that mentions that pack will be delivered within 72 hours:

I'm just ticking over to 72 hours as I type this and still no pack. I'm not sure how I can contact a GM about it as the in-game thing is busted.

Seriously? They can't just mail it to the @handle so every character sees it?
