I just peeked at his active bonus, and it appears to give +100 Critical Strike
on damage taken (and, for an unknown amount of time, as usual).
I feel like I'm missing something obvious:
- The average green companion bonus is a flat +100 stat, and the Armored Orc Wolf does exactly that.
- There is actually a "conditional" +stat active bonus, that is the one from the Swashbuckler, and gives +200 (not +100) Crit Strike bonus on suffering a crit.
Traveling Entertainer's active bonus seems terrible compared to an average green companion (especially for low threat ranged classes that can't use it consistently). It should be either a flat +1% crit chance, or a minimum of +200 crit... am I wrong?

Most of their active bonuses are utter trash. This one is probably far from the worst plus it could be viable in future pure crit PVE builds
and also the featured satirical comedic adventure "A Call for Heroes".
+100 flat rate is pretty blegh. This is definitely worse but if it was bumped up to +200 it would still be well within blegh territory for me.
While I hate to be a stinker and I do truly see your point in the grand scheme of things this companion's active bonus is probably best overlooked no matter what. Should it be +200? Probably, but even if it was it still would be something I would only advise players use for the fun factor or because they don't have anything else.
There are plenty of either free or reasonably priced companions with far better active bonuses. That doesn't necessarily mean this companion should stay as is but to me personally it's not something I feel worth pleading to change.
Think of it this way... if you wanted a bunch of other stuff from figurines, your decisions about what to get just became a whole lot easier.
