First time buyer's pack

I bought 2 500 ZEN and didnt recive FIRST TIME BUYERS PACK.. I didnt recive it through mail.. neither I can claim it NEED HELP.. :(:(:(

    Have you actually tried dealing with customer service about this yet?

    Nobody on the forums can do jack for you. It's an account issue.

    I tried to contact Customer Service but cant..Game said i need to have all requirments idk what to do

    You don't have the requirements to deal with customer service or don't have the requirements for the pack?

    Login to arcgames.com and click on Support to open a ticket.

    They replied to my ticked saying the will send me the pack in 30 mins.. There is no pack :/.. For the record i bought zen with PAYSAFE card
    :/:/ I want my pack
