Crafting BoP for alt

I have a toon that is lev 20 weaponsmith, I want to craft a fallen dragon weapon for my other toons... Can I do this, or do I have to level master crafting for them all?

Why is there no crafting sub forum here?

    No, you cannot do this. If you want Fallen Dragon or Fomorian, you have to level the crafting on each character. Likewise they can only reinforce bracers for their own selves.

    Be glad you asked before making an expensive mistake, although the game interface says in large glaring letters that these items are "BOUND to their creator". Still, people somehow manage to miss seeing that with some regularity.

    No crafting subforum because it's not really a big enough part of the game enough to warrant one. There are about 20 questions that get asked regularly that could probably be covered in a decent sticky topic, other than the fact that the answers to them are not infrequently based on opinions.

    I thought there was a way to craft into the guild bank...?

    Because it goes against the purpose of being a crafter so it doesn't even occur to folks that these would be bound to the crafter. Logically you would think craftsmen would be able to craft these things for someone else. But hey, what do I know. Maybe we should all become architects, engineers etc. and build our own houses and cars.

    I don't see why they couldnt make them BoAccount... I might max out all professions then...

    Eh, I've seen any number of games that have included a handful of exclusive/BoP items as a bonus or reward for people who level up the crafting themselves. It's not like every item is BoP (defeating the purpose of crafting), but just a handul of reward items. /shrug
