How much Zen am I buying

Ok was just looking at buying some zen and noticed that it no longer shows how much zen im getting for my money. Tried in game through overlay and out of game through the website. Does 10e still get me 1100zen or do i only get 800 now. not gonna purchase any more until i actually know what im getting.

I don't use Arc so I don't know what the overlay looks like let alone what it lists...

But the information is available when purchasing through the website. I would tell you how much it costs, too, but as a US resident I not only pay in USD but I also am not subject to the European VAT so the prices are different.

Its not that you used to click on the cost then click on payment method and it would show you how much you where buying. But it seems they have updated the graphics and it no longer shows.

On the website, you go to buy Zen and it only shows the payment amount and asks you to choose payment method. It doesn't tell you how much Zen you will get for the payment amount you chose. I had to Google how much I will get and found the answer on another page.

And specifically locks you out of all promotions, since those are through ARC.

(I buy Zen through the website because I find the interface friendlier.)

I click on the amount, then the payment method... and it still doesn't show me how much zen I'll be getting for the dollar amount I selected. It makes it kind of hard to budget an amount if you don't know what you're getting.

Unless we're expected to go through the entire process of entering in our payment information and THEN they'll tell us how much we're getting? That's just crazy. I must be doing something wrong here.

If you are using dollars it is 100 Zen for one dollar unless you spend $50 dollars in which you get 300 bonus Zen.

Yes you likely do have to enter your payment information in first. Maybe not something you like but it is listed before you purchase.

Earlier today I received an email with a "15% bonus zen coupon" offer... but when I try to enter the redeem code where it tells me to, I get an error message. I guess I need to submit a ticket to support... and they're not available for another 5 hrs and 50 minutes... but who's counting? I don't suppose anyone here knows about this email offer and why it's not working so I can run merrily off now and buy my zen.

Are there certain periods of time when you can't buy Zen for this game? I've been trying for over an hour with PayPal and my credit card directly, but I can't find a way to select the Neverwinter game or server. I can purchase for STO, but not this game. Just wondering if there are specific times or days when you're not able to purchase for this game.

There are no time period restrictions. I just opened up the charge service and had no issues selecting Neverwinter as a game but it is not the first time I have heard claims that Neverwinter is not displaying. I'll pass it up the ladder.

Thanks, I just tried again and the only options in the dropdown are Jade Dynasty, Star Trek Online, Rusty Hearts, Blacklight, RaiderZ and Fortuna.

i see through your image that you are paying with dollars, i only get the option for euro's, how do i change that?

You can't. It's location based.

If you live in Europe (The UK is part of Europe and is part of the European Union) you must pay in Euros.

if you use steam it will usually show how much zen you will get, the other day when i tried to buy some zen for some respecs i couldnt buy through steam for some reason.

I tried to order through PWE webpage, which i find very confusing to use compare to steam. I tried to order 20€ worth of zen and after order it said ive ordered zen for Rusty Hearts????

Funny thing is when i log into arc page i can see i 2 entries in my purchase history.

1: 06/05/2014 Paypal Completed Your transaction was successfully processed. € 19.99 2320 ZEN 2320
2: 06/05/2014 Rusty Hearts EU -2320 0

I dont play or have never tried Rusty Hearts and i did select NW when i ordered.

I have since tried to get hold of any form of support to either transfer the zen to NW or refund my money so i can make a new order. So far ive been stonewalled by:

web ticketsystem, mail to: billing and customer dept., i have tried to call them 3 times where phone was lifted and put back with no reply at all.

I have tried to pm through forum and facebook i even tried to make an ingame ticket.

Good for me i live within EU, so if no reply by Monday i will ask paypal to reclaim my order.

This is not to start a flamewar or anything, but at this point im so frustrated not even getting some form of reply.

That will result in an immediate ban on your account.
Those measures exist to protect the consumers from incidents where a company fails to respond (we're talking weeks) or you feel like they have taken your money fraudulently. It does not exist for the sake of impatience or buyers remorse.

I understand you are frustrated but it can take 3-5 business days to get a response from a support ticket and the billing phone lines are closed on the weekend. If you do not wait for a response and abuse the systems to skip the correct procedures for requesting a refund actions will be taken against your account.

I encourage you to read the Terms and Conditions not only for PWE games (link) but also the terms to contest any orders. All payment contests specify you must contact the company and give them time to respond first. You must wait either the time period which the company states it may take them to resolve the matter (3-5 days) or the time the payment company deems acceptable (normally 1-2 weeks).

This is happening to me as well. I can't find "Neverwinter" in any of the listed down games.. hence, zen purchase is impossible for me -- which, prior to this moment, I have had no problems with.

Try clearing your browser cache. There is no "closed window" in which you cannot purchase ZEN.

At any rate, going to close this down as it's an old thread with no recent responses. Please check the last post date and if more than 30 days have passed, please create a new thread or find a more recent active thread that addresses your issue if you are unable to do so.
