New Customization

Hello everyone!
Did you already try the new customization during character creation?
I made the worst mistake!
I deleted my char (which had bad ability rolls and leveled way too fast) to re-create him, but once I got to the char creation I realized that redesigning him as he was it's just impossibile.

Indeed, now there are face presets that can be changed just a little bit.
For example, if the preset has a hump in the nose, you won't be able to adjust it as you wish.
Same for the face, mouth shape and so on!

I really liked how my character looked and I wish I could re-gain that appearance.
Do you know if there is a (even far) chance for the support to give me back my hold char?
If this possibility could actually be true, I could wait in the hope that they will let you re-roll your ability points with the respec token (seriously why don't they let us do that yet?) or maybe ask if they could erase all my progress with that character.. So it would be like I just created a new one!

Give me hope, please! D:

    This topic has been mauled over a dozen times in the forums, so, yeah, people definitely did try the new customization (and very few were happy about it).

    I doubt you'll be able to get back your old character either, I'm sorry to hear you regret it so bad.

    Personally I just went with it, but I definitely won't be making any more girl characters in the future, they got the worst blow in my opinion, I can still make dudes look p decent.

    It would be nice if they gave us back the original options, however I won't lie and say I think that will happen.

    If you send in a very polite, very carefully written customer service help request, you might be able to get your account rolled back to before you deleted your character. You can specifically say you're asking to have your account rolled back, with the understanding that you'll lose anything you did after the requested restore point.

    They won't usually restore deleted characters, but if you explain exactly why you decided it was a mistake, somebody might decide to take pity on you.

    You should definitely give a shot to beckylunatic's idea.
    Chances are it won't go through, but who knows!

    Thanks guys, you are actually give me hope.
    I already sent them a ticket requesting a restore of my old character or if there was the chance to create a new one "copying/past" the appearance of the old one.
    When they will answer me I'll keep asking (very politely) basing my questions on your suggestion and, if there will not be any chances to get back my old character or creating a new one based on the old one (etc, etc) I'll ask information about the old customization.. Maybe they'll reveal me few informations about that!

    Some of the faces were nice changes some weren't Human female is nice as is half elf. Male humans all look like linebacker alpha males, and male elves and half elves look way too feminine.

    Years ago I deleted a character from Champions, contacted the support and they restored it. They warned about some missing data like items and achivements could happen but that wasnt the case. Thats what I recommend you to do like @beckylunatic said. I can say it worked for me.

    Another update: my character has been restored!

    Now I just have to ask if is possible to totally reset it (story progress, item, power, feats, ability rolls and so on) or if it's possible to move that appearance to another character.

    They are going to kill me for all this requests! :D
