Gateway problems

Is anyone else having problems with the gateway today. I can log in but cannot open up any characters - it keeps timing out.

    Yep. I'm having the same problem. Can log in and click on a character but then it times out.

    me too, however I found out I can't log into the actual game but can log into test shard and gateway:(

    I seem to be having the same problem with the game and gateway too. I thought it was my net giving the hiccups but relieved to see you guys suffer too :P

    Gateway should be A-OK now. Please let me know if there are any further issues.

    It's hit or miss. I can log in reliably but sometimes it gets stuck loading, especially when changing characters. Additionally I found that trying to get around this by just switching chars in game led to a 50% rate of failure to connect to the login server. That is, I could log in, then switch to another char, but trying to change again timed out. Log in again and repeat.

    Yes seems to be very hit or miss since yesterday. At this time I cannot use the gateway. I can select my character but it gives an error after waiting for a bit.

    Might need another look.

    Same here. Still causing problems. Managed to get a couple of characters done and now it's timing out again.

    Yep, yep, yep.

    Same problem.

    Logs in fine, select character, timeout. Over and over and over again.

    I an log in on gateway just fine and use my characters there but I can't ever get to the character select screen
    I sent in a ticket but who knows how long that will take:(

    Gateway is still hanging up and won't allow character swaps for me

    This is the message I'm seeing no matter what I try- I've used Chrome and IE both have the same issue (Windows 8.1 everything updated if that matters/ helps)
    You have Encountered an Error
    Loading timeout
    The resource you requested wasn't received in a reasonable time. You can refresh the page and try again.

    We found a misbehaving login server that was likley affecting both Gateway and the Rich client. Please let me know if anyone still experiences any issues.

    I needed to clear my cache (Ctrl-F5) and restart Chrome to fully get rid of issues on gateway though.

    I had to reboot my entire system, but now it seems to work.

    Still not working for me.

    Rebooted, cleared cache, retried, same issues.

    Specifically Gateway or the rich client? When did it last work for you properly? If Gateway, did you do Ctrl-F5 to clear all of your cache? What browser? Can you try to clear cache, close your browser and try just one more time?

    Same here III
    Everytime I go to click on a proff, its takes forever to load or just plain doesnt load. Restarting only fixes it for a few operations then its the same thing. Its a memory leak and it's gotten worse and worse since before the update and now its completely buggered.

    HELP GATEWAY JUNKIES NEED THEIR FIX!

    Edit: its the same on Chrome or Firefox, even lags out on my Android

    All issues I am having are with Gateway. It was working fine earlier today (2 -3 PM Eastern US time)

    I generally use Safari for Gateway access since that is the browser on the machine in my office. I did clear cache and deleted cookies before retrying and am still having issues.

    I also tried a different machine, attempting both Firefox & Chrome with the same results.

    I can get through to the Character Select screen 100% without issue. At that point, it either takes a very long time to get through to the menu or times out 9 times out of 10.

    I'm still having issues with the Gateway. May be related to my account having 26 characters. Accounts with less characters don't seem to have problems.

    Gateway's working fine for me after 'CTRL+F5'. The problem persists with the launcher which takes a lot of time to get to the logon panel, as well as the game itself where I can't load the characters what with all the timeouts.
