Lost zen, unable to submit support ticket

Hey all, tried to put in a ticket but it doesn't let me so have to post some spam here I'm sorry.

Basically I put 360 odd zen on the market and it was sold at 490 AD's each, quite nice I know, but the AD didn't arrive.
Waited for some time.

Had a go at putting in a support ticket but the ticketing system doesn't work.

    Alternatively you can email support at customerservice@perfectworld.com

    However, make sure you claim your balance from the exchange. That much isn't shown from your screenshot. You've shown that the sale was successful, however, it won't be immediately credited to your AD balance. You have to click the "claim AD" button in either the buy or sell ZEN page. Should be towards the bottom.

    You can see that he's got no AD on the exchange to withdraw.

    Edit: Or maybe not. I'm blanking on what the interface looks like now because it's been so long since I used it in-game.

    Yes, check to make sure you've got nothing to withdraw.

    Yes I tried that link. It won't let me select neverwinter or any other game hence I can't submit a ticket!

    yes and nothing in the exchange. That is the point of this. I put the zen on sale, I think it said sold yet I got no AD.
    Either way there is Zen missing and no AD!!!

    I sent an email to the address supplied, I don't expect a reply, but it would be nice ^^.

    Ok so I just logged back in again and sim salabim the AD has appeared.
