Am I missing them or are the DC and HR the only two classes that don't seem to have a class quest? GF and GWF share a class quest, the thief has one and the CW...

DC does have 1, first contact is in Black Lake - something about cultists, next contact is in Helms Hold, not sure on the ones after that. I think HR might have 1 also, I think the contact is names Mysterious Traveler, not 100% on the HR but I know for certain on the DC.
All classes have class-specific quest chains that finish at around level 50+ though I don't think I've done the Ranger one. The DC's quest chain is OK I guess, though a follower of (and a lore entry pertaining to) one of the most notorious gods in the Forgotten Realms is included.
You there. New to the game? Feeling overwhelmed? Maybe you think getting to end-game is impossible for a casual player like yourself, or maybe you just need to be around a community that helps each other stay sane and competitive with the latest news, current trends, random chitchat and most of all LEGIT (that is, we try to keep things fair) gameplay. If you don't mind being around quirky people and the rare occasional drama (one of our prominent TR members is apparently a mafia godfather) join nw_legit_community at http://www.nwlegitcommunity.shivtr.com/forum_threads/2330542.

First DC quest isn't in Blacklake. The quest giver is near the last campfire in the Tower District. He shows up again in Helm's Hold then he contacts you again through the mail to meet someone in Velosk IIRC. Final quest is given by Arlynn the Pious at the Shrine of the Gods.
The cultists quest in Blacklake is for Tieflings.
HR has no quests. The Mysterious Traveler has no dialogue for any race or class that I've been able to determine and no other NPC mentions her. However after some investigation, I'm pretty sure I know who she is.

I have always been curious as to who she is... Do tell?

I thought she was just a puppet for Foundry authors to use, like various other NPCs you can't talk to.
I did my checking before Mod3, but I haven't seen her in IWD. Regardless, consider this. She appears on every leveling map and in Sharandar, EXCEPT for Neverdeath Graveyard and the Dread Ring. What female questgiver appears on those two maps? Hint, she's an agent for an organization whose purpose is to wander around to trouble spots and meddle in things.
I've got side by side screen shots of this person and the traveler but it's hard to say for certain. Due to this being a video game and not real photos, the faces can be rather similar anyway. The traveler is hooded which would conceal the two most noticeable features of this woman's head. Additionally the eye color is hard to check as the Traveler's and shaded by the hood.
