Well, I'm not much of a active forum person, but I can't watch this any more. Ever since i remember, from begun of game developers nerf TR. Each patch they are searching for way to nerf TR more. On pvp which skills TR would use not long time passes untill you have to nerf it so it is no longer usable. Perfect example is impact shot, that ners which you implemented some time ago made whole skill absolutely useless. You have nerfed all dps skills so much that only build playable on pvp is perma stealth. But now that they were using path of blades you had to nerf it, of course. There is no way critic will make up 30% dmg loss, because bilethorn TR use it and they do not have critic so improved. And now, without any word of explanation, you destroy shocking execution? Two times worse damage without any mention? Some one has not enough courage to mention about it? Now there is no daily which will make proper single damage. To be honest, that shocking execution as for best single target class, was laughable for a long time on pve but now it is also useless on pvp. Your changes nearly destroyed TR on pve. Why? TR single target skills do less dmg than CW. How is that even possible that class which is used mostly to control mobs and deal strong aoe dmg have better single target dps? IT is just unbelievable. So my question would be quite simple, how long you think will it pass until cryptic will make the last hit to already weak and hit by all nerfs TR. There is only one step left-destroy perma stealth. The last build left which most TR just had to use if they wanted to stay usable on pve and pvp(word strong as description would be only sarcasm). If any friend would ask me honestly why i have TR, there would be actually one answer-cause i like that class in each game i play, seriously. There is also no need to change topic by mentioning ,,balance''. I have CW of my own as well so i know how it looks exactly.

I'd give it till mod 4. I already posted this around everywhere, but you say you aren't an active forum person and talk about this being the last step. Well, here it is.
The problem seems to be the skills got nerfed to be in line with how permas can perform using them rather than most rogues. That may not have been what they were thinking when actually nerfing them. But that is the ultimate result. Non stealth builds aren't viable compared to other PvP classes/builds anymore because of the changes. They should have made these changes to stealth before making some of the changes to the rest of the skills so it could be easier to evaluate their true performance with the changes.
I have already decided that I will be switching to warlock class as soon as they release it (if they will do at all lol) because my favourite DnD class got nerfed to the state of nothing in this game due to some twinkle-toed QQ and I have to run some ridiculous "sociophobic" builds to be competitive in both endgame PvP/PvE.
Oh and I truly adore the replies like "Roll GWF if u dont liek it" when such threads get posted in general or gameplay sections of forum.

The changes to power stat did this, if you check ALL your skills their damage has probably changed. Now that power has a baseline damage increase you will see that.
That's complex to understand but let me explain. For instance pre-power stat change 1 skill benefits from power more than another skill>>> u increase ur power by x amount and 1st skill dmg will increase by 30% because it benefits more, 2nd skill dmg will increase by maybe 15% because it benefits less. Shocking execution used to benefit from power a lot more than other skills.
After power stat change, all the skills(for every single class) benefit from power the same way. So now skills that used to benefit from power more- like CW Icy Rays, Dagger, Idomitable Strength,etc but most of all Shocking Exec will scale with power the same way other skills do. Wasn't a direct nerf, I think they just didn't test how new power interacts with other things.

well, i doubt giving all our dps to gwf's is better than unnerfing rogues.
but in all honesty, rogues were meant to have damage that is feared. unless we receive compensation in some form to make up for the nerfs, the loss of dps is just a sad joke now. anyone with actual experience would be able to dodge any of our encounters except for a few from stealth and no 2 encounters will kill you (ITC is practically unswappable).
i would personally respec to scoundrel in a heartbeat if it gave 10% or more deflect and maybe some deflect severity as my survival is purely dependent on how long i can keep deflecting.

It does not matter if it was intended. What does matter is that they released module with useless single target daily power. Now shocking execution makes laughable damage. As I have noticed even whirlwind of blades makes better damage(and you do not need target to be on low hp) and it is aoe which is just hilarious. Just don't copy this sentence, cause it will be next skill to nerf haha. You know, hiding behind ,,power rework'' is just changing topic cause result is simple: shocking execution is just terribly weak. I did tests on PVP and it deals approximately 2 times worse damage as it is in power description.
P.S. I checked all skills damage was improved in each 3 classes i have TR, DC, CW. Except for 2 TR skills. Guess which...

It will not be easy task cause there are many ninja nerfs like with this nerf of shocking execution, which made it 2 times worse. However, i can say what i remember. Also to understand it more you should add to it a huge buff for gwf on single target skills and also a bit buff for cw. So here are nerfs of TR i remember:
Action advantage: from 20% to 10%
Cunning ambusher:from 9% to 6%
Endless assault: from 9% to 6%
Devastating shroud:from 25% to 10%
Deadly momentum: 5 stacks of 5% nerfed to 5 stacks of 3%
From powers:
Lashing blade nerf
Recent path of blade nerf by 30% but it can crit now
Impact shot(hard to call it nef rather destruction) first shot hits normal and second deal 66% and third 33%. Also add to it that this skill is weak anyway.
Recent and mentioned nerf of shocking execution by 2 times in damage, taking only single target daily away.
In other words to beat each class(except for dc) on pvp you have to hide, because each class has stronger skills and more stuns than you. Well i guess they made the strongest single target dps class the worst single target, giving absolutely nothing in return.

bloodbath used to make you invulnerable but now you can take damage using it
Vengeance pursuit(recently) has cd
They were planning to push thorough with a nerf to stealth, in which each attack decreases Stealth bar <---but not introduce compensating buffs to balance it, which got blocked by the tr community as a whole, and they back tracked that one. <--although thier are hints its gonna resurface again.
I'm playing an hr alt just in case that nerf goes through, hr and tr were my primary choice classes to begin with.
Er thats as far as i can remember, im a bit hazy.
As for buffs er I don't recall... mind is fuzzy.
Although Tr nerf during the early stages had it coming, but the developers seem to doing thing in polar extremes.

In PvP, sure. In PvE the previous damage was already too low to be usable. Now this power is entirely useless in PvE (was mostly anyways but it had its uses). Because of this nerf the TR currently has no burst daily abilities -- which seems strange don't you think?
Ah, yeah, you must not be very competitive. Even the PvE only TRs are mad because of how the nerfs have affected them. Sure, as of this moment, TRs possess the most powerful ability in this game, stealth. But at what cost? We literally have two choices in PvP. Perma-stealth or semi-perma. As of right now, the high deflect halfling build only goes so far because you can see them far too much and the higher Tier you go in PvP the less effective the build becomes.
I run a semi-perma but would LOVE to see a change in stealth if TRs were given compensating buffs.
I'd be down for that, right now TRs can cap nodes in stealth? That should not be! Then I run in to defend and proceed to bebombed with thrown blades cause some pretty big damage while he's STILL in stealth
I have to decide to either raise shield try and get a lucky surge off, or change to a latern just for the Rogue once every 2 mins, or raise guard until he breaks it with Bilethorn ticks and then I will be hit for everything hes got!

couldn't find any of the threads you mentioned it, but i must say that kweassa is right about courage breaker. i only had rank 2 and it turned a fight against a perma into a joke. i was actually surprised he went down with so little effort since i normally need to cooperate to take them down.

Like said, CB's the most underrated daily within the TR circle. It's effectively a root, since the slow is so powerful that it just locks down the person, as well as intentionally/design-wise ignores CC resistances/immunities. About the most powerful GWF killer aside from the old SE.
TRs really should experiment more with their powers, instead of just blindly follow what good players tell you. This goes for any class players.
