Connection Issues

At least to me, several days already that the game get long time unplayable, i know that it is not just in my end and several people have the same problem, is it cause of module 3?

    Are you saying you cannot connect to the game servers?
    Seems to be working fine for me. I haven't noticed an outage over the last few weeks..

    HMm strange. Well there are only two servers, the Russian one and the International one (everyone besides Russia). The International one seems fine. it sounds like your connection to the server is going through a lot of hops, which can increase packet loss. I think the International servers are in California, but I could be wrong.

    I had problems but I troubleshooted my computer (took days) and resolved them all.

    Also, when you say "The server is dead", most people (at least me) are going to think you're talking about server population, not how the server is functioning.

    Complaining about it in game shows that several other people are having similar problems. :( Sometimes even to check game version it takes what seens to be 5 years.

    Edit: Geting "server failed to answer" for more than 160, seconds already. And meanwhile for some weird reason the chat still works! lol

    Speed tests mean nothing in diagnosing route issues. All a speedtest is designed to do is test your data transmission rate from a set server to your PC. It will do nothing to help you find an issue along the route from the GAME server to your PC as that is a different route. As Zeb stated, perform the tests outlined in the OP of the "Lag and Rubberbanding" sticky in Bug Reports and post your results and someone may be able to assist you. If the issue just recently occurred, resetting your network hardware may flush out the connection and clear up the matter.

    Chat server and game server are actually two different servers. The chat server is the same for all Cryptic games--hence the reason you can talk to friends across all three Cryptic games no matter which one they are playing.

    The game server is located on the East Coast, USA.

    I have the same problem. I open the launcher and it keeps loading forever,when I can finally log in I cant move cuz everytime that I try to move I come back from where I was before and it takes 1-2min to appear "Server Not responding". I'm from Brazil and got some friends of my guild with the same problem.
