[Forum Bug] Forums not saving login between sessions.

This system needs fixing. I open ARC and navigate to the forums and i cannot post because it says i am not logged in, yet ARC says I am logged in because it has my name up in the top right corner, it says Hi Kurtb88.

So, I need to login but there is no freaking login button anywhere!

The only option i can find is to click on private messages inbox which takes me to a screen that says you must login to see your messages, and thankfully that screen has a small login button.

Then to make things even more agravatting once i login there is no link that takes me back to the forums! its just a screen of my USER CP area with no forum link.

Come on Cryptic get this fixed please.

    I experience the same issue. What's stranger is my browser allows me to save my arcgames.com login info, but not the popup for the forums. Stranger still, clicking the 'remember me' or 'stay signed in' option doesn't seem to carry over from one browser session to the next, (i.e. if I close the browser then reopen it sometime later, I have to login to the forums yet again).

    EDIT: FYI, when you're in your private message inbox screen, simply click 'Home' at the top to be brought back to the main forums page.

    . . . Indeed. This is highly annoying. Not sure why the forums do not save my login. I've tried both on IE and Chrome and both fail to remember me between browser sessions* on the forums despite checking it. The arc website however consistently remembers me, like it should.

    *By browser session, I mean as long as I keep the browser open, the forums will remember me. If I close the browser and open it again however, I am logged out of the forums. I do not have my browser set to clear cookies. I'm no newbie to how websites work and how browsers work (I actually have professional website coding experience with HTML and CSS.. not so good with PHP though). The only thing I can think of is there is either an error or an improper integer in the cookie settings for the forums, administration-side.

    The forums have had this issue at least since I first joined (look to the left to see how long that is - I can't see it right now as I write and I forget). Well, ever since Perfect World acquired Cryptic and moved everything to their system.

    At least with the old system it would save your login, but only remember it if you clicked the header at the top of the page - then the page would refresh and login. But since the system was moved and redesigned, this is total hit or miss for me. I bookmark the Forums directly and don;t bother passing through arc games.com - because that login does;t pass through and I hate logging in *twice*.

    I can only think it's the version or the way they have vBulletin setup (I don;t know that this is vBulletin, but it sure feels like it - which is okay because it's the best Forums app there is in my purview.)

    Yay! I also have the same issue on my Android w/Chrome -- no saved login and worse - no login button anywhere to be found.

    Is there an official "Forum Bugs" reporting location?
    - I've tried reporting about 4 different bugs since beta both here, and on PWE support site and even opened support tickets to no avail.
