Just a quick question please?

I can't seem to find the npc Fadime Zatar. Is this npc still in the game? I know its not in protective enclave, but can someone tell me what zone/section it is in? I've been to almost all of them-do I have to be a certain lvl to cash those coins in? And, where to I cash in those call to arms coins?

    I believe she is in the dread ring area.

    Last I saw the CtA Vendor was on his platform in Protectors Enclave. If not, then he will be back for the next CtA.

    Thks! May I ask where is the dread ring area? What zone/section is that in?

    The mission you get from Sgt. Knocks will instruct you to go to the "Ashen Battlefield", if I remember correctly. This is the introduction to the Dread Ring. Complete it and the Dread Ring unlocks as a standard location on your Map. It is up and to the left of Sharendar, if memory serves.

    Note that you have to be level 60. I'm guessing the OP is not, as are most people who ask this type of question.
