I don't usually come here to report bugs, but since I never get a reply from anyone in game, and two of my tickets submitted to the website were deleted, I'm here. And yes, I mean Deleted. Whoever Staff TK 421 is kept giving me a copy and paste answer and trying to close my ticket. When I would not let it stay closed, the ticket disappeared. I should be able to see this in ticket history.

I have two different preservation wards, and they will not stack.
Given the current state of how inventory works in this game, this is an issue.
Can you take the two, and give me two stacked?
This is the second ticket I put in on this, since I didn't get any kind of reply to my in-game report. The wards are on my lvl 60 TR.

Note that you can obviously tell that this is either automated, or a copy and paste reply by how they tell me to submit a bug report even after I clearly stated that I already had. They also tell me not to contact a GM unless I have to... even though I never mentioned having ever done it, or hinted that I would.

I don't want to sound too harsh, but I've never, EVER got a response when I submit a bug in game. I have zero faith in that. As far as I'm concerned, whatever I type goes into a black hole, and I never hear from anyone.
This issue, would be solved easily by a GM taking the two Preservation wards from me, and giving me a stack of two if that is possible.
I'm also confused as to why most of the response to my initial ticket was or me to put in a bug report, when I said in my original ticket that I already had put in a bug report and got no response at all.
This game almost appears to be geared towards finding ways to make you buy bags of holding, from enchantments that don't stack if they are 1 point off from each other to the endless boxes / items "required" for missions / and the amazing multitude of wards, and marks, and other such <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> that you need for refinement.
Again, not trying to be harsh, but the reply I got really seems like " sucks to be you, submit a bug report that you'll never hear back on ".
That is not acceptable. I've got two of the same item. If this is some kind of unknown bug, I'd expect someone to want to find out about it and fix it.
I await your reply, as 'submit a bug report' is not good enough. Especially since I did a few days before this ticket.
A day later, I somehow get a 3rd Preservation Ward that won't stack, and update the ticket. I also notice that it was fagged as solved, even though it was in no way solved.

I now have 3 preservation wards that will not stack. One says it is account bound for some reason, the other two do not.
Also, why is this marked as solved... it isn't.
I've still got 1 item, that I know stacks taking up 3 inventory slots.
Then I get the exact same copy and paste reply again... not even trying to hide it...

The rest is me updating the ticket daily when I could, and then, after my update today, the ticket was deleted from my account as if it were never there. It does not show up in ticket history, and it was flagged as updated today. If a ticket were moved to "Solved" today, I would imagine it would show up in history..

Yes this is a wall of text.
Yes this is me *****ing a little.
Yes This is a clear and blatant example of someone on their helpdesk deleting my ticket after giving my issue almost zero effort. The only effort was them pressing Control C and Control V. So, no other choice to make my issue as public as possible.
I also submitted a bug report on the auction house, which got the exact same copy and paste reply, and which was also deleted entirely from my ticket history since I would not let them simply mark it as resolved.
So, this is a bug report, and also the only way I know of to file a complaint. Especially if there is a real, traceable person behind Support Staff TK 421.
It probably isn't a bug , the reason they don't stack is because you probably have the bound and unbound versions of the preservation wards ,in all likelihood the game sees them as two completely different items because they probably have different item numbers or id's . It isn't a bug ,it is a pain in the backside.
That might be part of it, but I have two that are not account bound, and one that is. The two that are not bound should stack. If not, it means that they coded 3 separate items for the same commonly used item:

Pres wards from the Zen shop never stacked with the unbound ones from the old coffers. I have no idea if the ones from Tarmalune bars will stack with the Zen ones. At any rate, until I used up my old unbound wards from invoking, I was stuck with an odd stack that didn't include my bound wards.
So that means that somehow, they created 3 different versions of the same item that do not stack in a game where they charge for inventory slots.
I'm just waiting for someone with a green name to reply and let me know if I have a bug or not, and also for someone to tell me how to file a complaint, or acknowledge that I have one and and investigate.

You're going to be waiting a long time. Green name folks are volunteer mods and have little more knowledge than any of us as to what's a bug unless they specifically approach paid staff for an answer... which really isn't feasible for every thread.

A) Communicating with other players who might be able to explain something unfamiliar or even suggest a workaround Stuff will get seen by staff but don't expect a reply, just like submitting a bug report in-game
I guess the only other way to know is if I see something about it in patch notes.
Still, having someone say if it is a bug or not would be just super. This spot in the forums doesn't have that much traffic... and I still wanna know how to file a complaint and find out why their support is deleting tickets that they don't want to deal with.

I'm pretty sure I just posted the same, general, copy and paste answer they give a lot of folks... should be no big secret. But no, wasn't aware.
Also, in my post, I said that I have 1 that is bound, and two that are not, and none will stack. I get the bound/unbound thing.
