  it appears there's a chat backlog as i'm getting a bunch of log on/off notifications. it may have to catch up first before it is fully operational.

  We are aware and looking into the issue. No ETA on resolution at this time. I will try to update when I can if I get more information.

  Update: Champions Online will be pushing an update around 7pm PST to resolve the issue. As you may or may not know, we have a global chat system that allows communications and shared friends lists across all Cryptic games.
