missing levels

ok, so I got a nice welcome back package in my mail the other day. a weapon, healing stone and two levels. redeemed the key, went into the game and picked up my weapon and stone. no levels though!! reclogged in case it was just a glitch. nothing. same next day.
reported it to tech support:

so, they cant fix it and have told me to post it here!

    relogged several times, no change, leveled up once more normally since then. i guess i've just been short changed

    This thread might become locked because quoting tech support is not allowed.
    I've never seen (or heard of) the email you received. I've never heard of receiving "levels" - so I *suspect* what is being referred to is an XP Booster that helps you to level faster.

    Check the Reclaims Agent in Protector's Enclave and check all tabs. In the Promos tab (I think) is an "adventurer's helper" kit. If it's available to you, grab it. That's where the XP Booster is located.

    yes thats what i did. it was a welcome back pack. supposed to be a healing stone,(got that) a weapon(got that) and two levels (didnt get them) there was nothing else to collect from the reclaims agent. and no it wasnt a xp booster. i have had this offer before and it gave me two levels straight away

    I'd like to help if I could, but the forums are currently just this side of FUBAR. LOL. No images are showing up (avatars or in-line) I'll keep checking this thread, tho' and offer any help if I'm able.

    I've seen other people mention getting more than one of these packs and only receiving the free levels once. It's possible that they are not meant to be stacked.
