bow of relentless pursuit unable to transmute

just bought this bow for 400 tarmulane bars and i can't transmute it onto my current bow. i think i wasted 400 tarmulane bars here. any way to get this fixed or compensated for the loss? attached are the pictures.

    Ooh, lame. Did you see if you could slot it to transmute any other bow (just whatever you pick up in your travels)?

    I'd submit an in-game bug report under "items" as well as posting about it here, as those should go more directly to the person who'll be tasked with fixing it. Hold onto it and keep checking after patches if it works yet.

    You won't get a response to a bug report. Customer service tickets gets responses, but this isn't something CS can fix for you.

    One day, the bug will be fixed, but it's probably not a major enough issue to be cited in patch notes, so you'll have to keep trying.

    it's been a month now. tenacity made everything bound that i legitimately picked up as boe from gauntlygrym, someone screwed up with the ioun stone of radiance, the fool's crown of neverwinter made everyone a fool, off hand pvp items CANNOT be salvaged, and tymora's coin can't be unequipped. anyone from pw or cryptic want to make a comment before this game loses another paying member?

    Wow!!!! 2 yrs and this bug is still not fixed, I pay to play so I expect a better service.

    Today 2nd Sep 2016 I purchased the "Bow of Relentless Pursuit" and it will not transmute as per the description, it will not change appearance of an exsisting weapon. It cannot be placed into the change appearance box. I have the drowned set as main and offhand. If you cannot fix then remove this weapon from the trade bar store to prevent others waisting their trade bars.
