Steam Wallet issues

Having this problem in both games now NWO/STO. I have contacted support but the person who contacted me seems to think I'm too stupid to make a purchase using this method (which I've used for years on STO btw) so here's my question.

Is anyone else getting stalled purchase attempts on NWO/STO? I tried buying Zen using the Steam Wallet on NWO. It says it failed on my steam transaction list. The money is still in my wallet on Steam, I go to STO and try to buy Zen there, and now both games are telling me that they cannot purchase Zen from Steam Wallet until a "previous transaction" is completed. This has been going on for a week now.

Any help would be appreciated!

    I did, cant say I know what is wrong or how to fix it but I had the same problem trying to get zen.
    This forum set up is absolutely horrible, I cant even figure out how to get my knight of the feywild title.

    Thank you thought it was just me. Wonder what's happening considering the Steam support site says they are having an enormously high volume of support requests.
