Refiner's Cache not giving items

Now this might sound really trivial, but I just opened a Refiner's Cache to receive a Lesser Mark of Potency and a Rank 2 Arcane Runestone.

However, I only actually received the Lesser Mark of Potency, not the Arcane Runestone.

    Yes, I've noticed the same just now, but haven't made screenshots.

    Just tested this a few times.

    Savage and Cruel rank 3+ enchants are indeed being rewarded.
    Rank 1 and 2 normal enchantments were not rewarded.

    So it is possible that either rank 1 and 2's are not being rewarded or normal enchantments are not being rewarded.

    +1. On 6 Refiner's Cache opened i always received a Lesser Mark of Potency like the 2 screenshots.

    normal R4s are not being awarded either so I bet it effects all normal enchants/runestones

    Is it darn low rates or what, i have opened basically 10 refiner's cache's and all I ever got was a lesser mark of potency. Is it bugged?

    I can't say for certain, but those chance boxes tend to have a very low chance at giving the better rewards - especially since these don't need a key to open.

    I mean... that low? not even a periodot? Or a rank 3? all i ever got were rank 2's which are also bugged and you never recieve em

    I opened one and the reward was a lesser mark and a rank 3 rune. I only received the mark though, the rune never appeared in my inventory. Not the same issue but may highlight problems.
