Gateway issues

Ok really????? I cant access the Gateway because of heavy load.... WTF did you think was going to happen when you brought out that new thing? Now I cant log into game because of the crash error and now I can't even keep my toons crafting, AH etc updated because I can't get into Gateway Thanks alot Cryptic.

    I was just on it, not even 15 mins ago and there was no problems logging in or doing SCA

    When I try to play the SCA I am presented with a list of my characters on the test server (Mimic) and not my toons on the live server. While it is amusing to use several purple companions (I have many on test, just trying them out) it is not really what I want to do. Is this a problem that other people are also having? And does anyone know of a way to fix it?

    Are you absolutely sure you're not on the gatewaytest domain? I accidentally ended up on that site earlier while attempting to refresh live Gateway because both were in my browser history and I wasn't looking closely at the URLs.

    yup... make sure you are on gateway.playneverwinter.com and not on gatewaytest.playneverwinter.com :)

    Have been trying since 10.00 pm last night,
    its now 7.26 am and still getting this

    "beckylunatic" Gateway AH should have column headers to sort by buyout, bid, end time, quantity, etc. These disappeared iirc with the module launch. It's obnoxious.

    That's weird cause I just logged on with no issues and currently playing SCA

    Its now 9.5 hours later. since I first couldn't get in.
    Looks like no gateway and SCA for me for today. :(

    Just checked once again before I post this and its still the same. :confused:

    Was waiting eagerly to be able to try out some more of the SCA once the servers came back on again after the maintenance that just finished.

    Guess Sominators: "It's back up -go go go" didn't mean what I hoped it meant.

    you might try clearing your internet cache because i have zero problems connecting to the gateway.

    That did it for me. I've been stuck with the "heavy load" error message all day. I finally tried a different browser and it loaded right away. I cleared the cache for my main browser, tried again and it worked fine. Thanks!

    I am experiencing the same problem.
    States that the gateway is experiencing a heavy load, log in later, tried at different times of day with no success
    My guild mate has no trouble getting in from the East coast
    I am Central US and the gateway does not work for me at the moment

    OK clearing the internet cache (ie Cookies) did the job, thanks Y'all !!
