Suggestion: Give CW a new combat stance

While we are in a new module, could CW also gets a new combat stance? Personally, I think the crab-like walking looks weird (or silly?). And in fact I'm not the only one who has this feeling.

The pointy fingers and the legs pose my wizard makes looks like he thinks he is a monk. And it makes no sense that walking can be as fast as or even faster than running (other classes' combat stance when moving).

I do not know if I post this video may be considered inappropriate ... hahah. but I always remember this movie when I see one cw (which means that I always remember that movie).

to be honest, this is the only reason I have not done a cw today (actually I made one until lvl3, but not endured for aesthetics) ..

Yes, the "crab" sidestepping is darned ugly.

Its like they took the dancezombie (Thriller!) emote and just chose one of the poses from that for the new stance. I'm playing a CW now and I chuckle each time I go into a fight.

I agree. When I first started playing this game, then as a gwf, I've always thought that the cw looks really weird and out of place. Now that I have leveled one to 60, it doesn't bother me anymore but yeah, it's still pretty weird and ugly. Same goes for the walking/shield pose for gf, reminds me of the spy crab-walk in Tf2.

Not just the combat stance, but the static one as well. Why is it that only Wizards have their hands ALWAYS balled up in fists, with their neck forward and their chin jutting out? They always look angry and like they are ready to deck someone. It really looks out of place.

And now when you are playing your CW at Monsters on Ice, please try your "fast walking". That looks just......

Yeah this is another lame posture. I wish my CW would look more laid back and relaxed, at least out of battle.

I think a few additional postures would be cool, so people can change between.

Yeah I agree that the combat stance is dreadful , that's the main reason I made a female CW instead of a male , the female stance isn't as awful as the male one but it is still pretty horrible.

You should see my Dwarf CW. He seems like Benny Hill running while on combat stance.

I rolled a Halfling CW and named him Willow (yep, I did that) ... and it doesn't look too bad on a Halfling ... But, whenever I see any other CW in the wilds, I can't help but see (and think) this ...

My apologies to all CW's, but I agree something a little more ... Refined ... is need for the CW's battle stance, TR's get that awesome little 'float like a butterfly' boxing dance just after they leave combat mode, and GF's and GWF's have several flourishes, DC's get to hold up there Holy Talisman, so CW's need some love too ... Maybe borrow some of the moves that Sirius Black used in HP ... He actually made casting with a wand look almost cool ...

Something has to be done. Its hard to be a mysterious master of the arcane arts. When you end up sliding around on the ice with Yakety Sax playing in the background.

With new mount changes, everyone gets to enjoy the Zoidberg dance even more.

HR neutral stance bothers me more. They look like they're angry at someone who's locked them out of the bathroom plus they keep bending their knees like they can barely hold it anymore.

GF runs during combat like a gorilla that crapped their diaper and hold their shield out like it's going to bite them.

HR stance is a little strange looking from behind but from the front I think it's pretty well done.

Nothing can be worse than the side-stepping jujitsu master CW combat stance.

HAHAHAHA I lost it @ GF. So **** true.

I like the HR's "Combat run" thing. When you executed a Melee attack and start running. It's like they're running like the ninjas in some Animes like Naruto for example.

PS: Which neutral stance are you talking about? When they just stand up or the Archery version of what I described above?
