Scrying Stones "out of range" [Bug]

I have run into a bug where the scrying stone tells me I'm out of range. Where in my case is in the Neverdeath Graveyard zone in Craftman's Rest area it won't let me activate this stone it keeps telling me that I'm out of range when I'm as close as it lets me. Is there some trick to activating this stone?

. . . . . . Unfortunately, it's been "bugged." Bugged as in having an improperly placed invisible wall blocking it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Thanks Zebular I submitted a [Bug Report] ticket since it interferes with the scrying stone achievement.
