Gems Refinement Points?

There is no note in the patch but after this patch the gems are worth half the refinement points of what they used to?

Whats going on? Anyone notice this?

Rank 4 enchantements used to be worth 270 refinement points, now they are 135?

    Are you using them to get points for a different type enchantment?

    As a Rank 4 Blue enchantement used to level up another Blue is worth 270 refinement points, but only 135 if used to level up another colour enchantment.

    gems on artifact gives 2x refinepoint, but on other enchantment only gives 1x , that would be the explanation.

    Also, there was/is a known issue where items you had slotted pre-module would not receive their proper bonus, but would if they were removed and re-slotted (one time).

    Check if an unslotted item you already have would receive matching bonus points (just open the interface, drag in something, and close it again once you see if it gets 2x or not).

    I haven't been in the game since the maintenance, but this was all working for me before.
