Reservoir Gate Problem?

I've seen the same 5+ people popping repeatedly in and out
of the Sharandar Reservoir gate. Dunno when it started, and
left before it ended.
Is this a problem in my computer's memory from the server
outage? Some weird bot thing? Ghosts in the machine, maybe?
Wondering if I need to reset something, or if this is just other
people being very strange.
(I was in Celedaine's Tower when it crashed - Appeared back
in front of the reservoir gate.)
