In Safari I only see the gateway in Portuguese. Can't find an option to change this anywhere. Am I missing something ?

There is no option to change the language (unfortunately). You have to configure the languages installed in your browser and move Enlgish (or the idiom you want to use) to the top. Then clear the cache and/restart the browser.
As many peolple, I would like to be able to change the language in the gateway.
Actually it's a awful mess. Translated by a robot or something because it's doesn't mean anything sometimes. It's mixed between english and something that seems portuguese but it's not even brazilian portuguese.
I don't know what kind of translation have been made but this ....
Send me a file with all the text. I'll translate it.

About the translation its just not very made but all those thing the crypt will probaly fix, i guess.

Luckly i've instaled the game way back and way before the ARC thingy so no stress for me in game. On the Gateway sadly its a diferent story. Bad translations, to the point of making no sense at all and seems to afect functionality. Pages and task not loading as they should or not loading at all. Switching characters also seems borked since it only changes the page you are looking at (like crafting or inventory for exemple) and not all the sections. It always says you are loged in with the very first character you choose (if you have multiple ones like i do), so even if you try to change toons it comes back to that one every time. Very frustating to use like it is now.

Hey all, thanks for taking the time to comment here! If you're having trouble changing your language through Arc, please locate the Neverwinter launcher (usually in C:\Users\Public\Games\Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter) and click on "Options" in the top-right-hand corner to alter language settings.
Translations in Gateway are automatically generated through Google Translate, hence the sometimes awkward use of words and phrases. We're working on correcting this.
If you find any other weird language usage or errors, please let us know in this thread. Thanks a bunch!

Opcoes -> Conteudo -> Idiomas [Selecionar...]
Adicione Ingles [en] na lista
Mova Ingles [en] para o topo da lista
Confirme Ok/Ok
Depois procure por:
Historico -> Limpar dados de navegacao ou use o atalho Ctrl+Shift+Del
Limpe tudo e reinicie o firefox
Agora seu gateway deve estar em ingles. Aqui funcionou perfeitamente.
Editado para remocao de acento e cedilha.
