The title is pretty clear. Cleared an Epic Spellplague Dungeon with a party during a Dungeon Delves event.
Imagine my utter disappointment when I opened the chest at the end and had to choose between T1 Helm inside.
Submitted a ticket online, #2,112,296.
I would like a GM to take away the Divine Emissary helm I got from that chest and give me a Miracle Healer Helm. Bound to me of course. Because if the chest had given me to choose between T2 dungeon helms that would be it.
Please. This is more disappointing and frustrating than the rare drops in Malabog Castle. FIX MY LOOT.

Working as intended (sadly). iirc you only have a 1/10 chance of getting the T2 set drop in the DD chest.
No man, in game tool tip says T2 Head and ring. And this never happened to me. I have done 50+ T2 DD with opened chest, and I never, ever, had a T1 from a T2 dungeon. If this is as intended I can just quit the game.
Dungeon Delve chest drop rates
These are rough drop rates estimates observed from running 75+ dungeons, and observing all party members loot. The figures won't be exact, but it should be useful to players to get an idea of where it's best to farm for each item.
Tier 1 dungeon delve chests:
10% - drops the T1 set armor/weapon piece the in game description says (note each class has 3 sets)
40% - drops the other T1 ring/necklace/belt piece the in game description says
45 % - drops a random junk piece of purple loot - usually matching what the final boss can drop
5% - drop a random junk piece of blue loot
Tier 2 dungeon delve chests:
10% - drops the T2 set armor/weapon piece the in game description says (note each class has 3 sets)
20% - drops the other T2 ring/necklace/belt piece the in game description says
50% - drops a random T1 piece your class can use (armor, weapon or otherwise)
20% - drops a random usually junk purple from the endboss in the area
Tier 2.5 (Castle Never) dungeon delve chest:
60% - drops a random T1 piece your class can use (armor, weapon or otherwise)
40% - drops a random T2 piece your class can use (armor, weapon or otherwise)
Note the chest will not contain any of the boss loot - no ancient quality gear.
Thus running any T2 is the best way to get T1s, even specific ones, if your character is well geared enough to handle them.
The percentages might be a bit different since those tests were a while ago, but its intended. A T1 can give you a blue instead of an epic. A dungeon's chest can reward 1 tier lower
Thank you all for your replies, this only means for me that this game is utterly broken. Something I had denied myself thinking for the last 3 months i sank my time in this <censored>....

Nothing is broken except your understanding of the drop rates. There is only a 10% chance that you get the T2 option listed in the tool tip from the DD chest. There is a 50% chance you get a T1 piece. You probably got plenty of T1 pieces that were not set pieces so you never really noticed until you got a "set piece" that let you pick the set.
You should be happy of amazing luck with over 50+ DD t2 events and never a T2.
**** that's nice...... It's like when I had to spam spellplague for helm and just collected T1's, wish I would've go there with you.

. . . . . This is not a bug and is working as intended. It's just a "chance for T2" as it says in the description. "Chance" does not equate to "guaranteed" drops. Moving to appropriate forum.
. . . . . There has to be filler, otherwise everyone would get their sets so darn fast, they'd have no reason to keep doing them. Does it annoy me when I get T1? Sure, but hey... it's a game. I play for fun and I have fun running the dungeons. Besides, with Collections coming, I'm actually happy I've gotten so many T1 drops now and won't mind so much in the future.
Here is the story of how I got the high vizier set
Got FH piece on first chest
Got ToS piece on second successful run
Got Karrundax piece on maybe 4th chest
Got Spellplague piece on maybe 4th chest was really easy as a control wizard
Of course there were numerous fails especially with ToS.

And they wouldn't return missing item even it would dissapear from your backpack.

921 T2 DDs during open Beta on my DC = zero Miracle Healer.
189 CN on my DC = 1 boss roll win. I usually get a bound T1 worth 3,000 AD in salvage.
156 MC on my DC = 1 shard.
Honestly, they could at least unbind items from the CN chest. They could have that much pity.
If you are frustrated, just remember. Your luck is not as bad as it could be.
