Hi there

Does anyone know if there is any issues with Account/Customer support via the ticket system lately? I have submitted a ticket regarding an issue i have on the 9th and no one from account/customer support has gotten back to me, still only shows my Initial enquiry i cannot find any Posts or mention of delays on the website

Iv'e waited patiently and tried to find a contact telephone number but cannot seem to find one,

unsure what to do now as 5 days is rather escessive in my opinon :(

    Unfortunately, there is no telephone number to reach CS except for billing issues. I would suggest using the option to follow up on your ticket if you haven't received a response by now. Also, response times are in business days, not calendar days. Weekends and holidays are not counted in wait time estimates.
