I'm revisiting the old dungeons to collect titles and I'm guessing which ones I need party for. After getting killed by first few spikers in Karrundax I got in spellplague caverns and discovered its soloable because SOMEHOW bosses there don't spam neverending screens of ads. Probably would be better to just ask for a group in zonechat, but it still was fun. So anyone got any luck in soloing spider, karrundax and dreadvault?
I soloed the one at ebony downs and could not get past the stinking bone golem..that darned thing chased me around and up and down the stairs. I finally gave up and left. But I would like to try it again, it was incredibly challenging
I've managed Spell Plague, Frozen Heart and Lair of the Pirate King without any trouble. Temple of the Spider proved impossible just because I couldn't stop Syndrith from healing back to full. It doesn't appear to be possible to punt the adds anymore... CW btw.
Tele Savalas, Dwarf Thaumaturge CW
Putting the Buff into Debuff since 2013 \o/ (Does that even make sense)?

I found that soloing idris for level 60 character is quite trivial, you probably were too low-level for that dungeon. By high-level dungeons I mean dungeons other than spellplague that award pegasus seals.

Well it seems that boss is mechanically impossible to solo because adds need to be killed and it will require full group. Did you try Dreadvault? A rogue here once claimed he soloed the first boss, and the last boss doesn't seem to be impossible too.

. . . . . Once, we had one guildy (a fully T2 geared rogue) solo the last boss in Epic Spellplague after we all wiped on the third stage (I think it was the third stage we wiped on, I could be wrong and it may have been the fourth stage). It was amazing to watch but wasn't "easy" for him by far. Now, whether he could have solo'd the entire dungeon, is something only the Gods know.

i had a similar experience. it was a partial guild, partial pug run and our guild TR was the last one standing in there with just about a tenth of the boss's health bar left... and sure enough... he got that sucker. after so many wipes, i think we were all very relieved.
The final boss of spellplague isn't that difficult as a TR; its just long and tedious since you need to kite adds while stealth is gone and attack as much as you can while it is up.
